About the Role:

We are looking for a committed and compassionate individual to work as a full-time Domestic Helper for one household in Turku. This role is crucial in supporting daily household needs and in ensuring a comfortable and well-maintained living environment.

Please note that this role is not with Curon Helpperi Company; it is a direct position with a private family who is looking to welcome the right candidate into their home. This is a live-out position, and we are only accepting applications from candidates who are already living in Finland.

Your Responsibilities:

• Cleaning, tidying, and maintaining the home

• Laundry, ironing, and folding clothes

• Meal planning, meal preparation and cooking

• Running errands, grocery shopping

• Childcare of school age children

• Light gardening work

• Taking care of pets

Work Hours:

• On weekdays from 10 am to 6 pm. The work may also include evenings and weekends, which will be agreed upon separately.

Job Offer:

• Full-time employment in a supportive and friendly working environment

• Salary according to the Collective Labour Agreement for the Facilities Services Sector
• We also welcome applicants interested in part-time roles, such as those who are retired.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in household management as a domestic helper (kodinhoitaja)

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Driving license required (and access to a car is a plus)

• Strong skills in Finnish, Swedish or English (at least one of these must be fluent)

• Eligible to work in Finland as a domestic helper

• A positive attitude and respect for privacy
